2nd time i ordered from ibergour ans 2nd time i been really happy.this time i bought the bonless shoulder from 5j,and it was so much more easy to cut than with the bone.truly super flavour,soft quality meat.i would buy this again,it goes so perfect with vodka.
2ème fois que j'ai commandé à partir ibergour ans 2ème fois je eu le temps de vraiment happy.this j'ai acheté l'épaule bonless de l'article 5j, et c'était tellement plus facile à couper que de la saveur bone.truly super, qualité douce meat.i achèterait ce encore une fois, il va tellement parfait avec de la vodka.
the holder is plenty good enough to help in this cutting and sliceing process.the knife once sharp is super.its a free item so dont expect something made with high quality,but as i say it is plenty good enough to help us novices at sliceing.
